"Boz" is currently employed full time with Van Buren Local Schools in Van Buren, Ohio. He was previously employed in private sector by IBM, Guardian Industries, and Cyrix working in the Network Engineering, Design, and Administration arenas. During a school renovation and construction project in 2003, Van Buren utilized his talents while he was employed by The Buehrer Group to renovate the technology infrastructure of the district. Following the construction phase, Van Buren hired him to manage their data, voice, and video systems. In 2005, Mr. Bostdorff was one of six Technology Coordinators in the state of Ohio nominated as a Technology Coordinator of the Year Finalist.
